Inspired by the concept of “Teal Organizations” developed by Frédéric Laloux, this name symbolizes a way of evolving with purpose, autonomy, and commitment, anchored in a clear sense of meaning.
We support ambitious transitions — new leadership roles, successions, reorganizations, or role changes — by helping our clients navigate these key moments with alignment, clarity, and sustainability.
Our logo, made up of intersecting squares and circles, embodies this dynamic: the square represents structure, the circle the fluidity of change. Their intersection symbolizes the transition space — the very place where evolution takes shape.

Bénédicte Foucart, Founder
Entrepreneur, executive coach, and specialist in complex transitions, Bénédicte Foucart founded Opale to support individuals and organizations through moments of strategic, human, and sustainable transformation.
Her career has evolved at the crossroads of worlds often seen as opposites: multinational leadership and responsible entrepreneurship, tradition and innovation, luxury and well-being, business and family. This rich and multifaceted journey now informs an approach deeply rooted in the realities of both individual and organizational transitions.
A graduate of Solvay Business School, Bénédicte began her career at Unilever before becoming, at age 29, Vice President of International Marketing at Elizabeth Arden. She later joined Firmenich to lead global marketing and drive transformation initiatives in an international environment.
In 2011, she created Valeur Absolue, a luxury beauty brand with purpose, while also playing a key role in her family business, leading strategic and sustainable projects.
A certified coach (IMD & ICF), trained in polarity and energy management, she now supports leaders, founders, successors, and executive teams through professional, generational, and identity-driven transitions.
With Opale, she offers a tailored approach that is both strategic and human — helping clients navigate pivotal moments with ambition, alignment, and long-term impact.
